Yellow Mellow . . . Hello
Hi everybody, we hope you are well. I thought I would bob on and give you a quick catch up on the team and famalam. Writing in my bright yellow sweater supporting World Mental Health Day, an annual campaign designed to raise awareness of mental health issues. The boys are taking part at school by wearing yellow. So I decided I would show support too. We have had many a customer bob in to the showroom simply for a natter. And we are OK with that. I’ve just got off the phone from a lovely customer whom booked in to have an aerial to one point. We ended up having a really good chat, not exactly part of the job description but were here to help our customers always. Far too many people sit at home, with nobody to talk to, we hate that thought. Our door is always open to anybody who feels lonely or vulnerable, at work and at home.
What’s Been Occurring at Work
Well its been hectic. We have a lot of commercial work on at the moment. So its lucky we have 3 vans on the road. We’ve had one van busy in Bamber Bridge doing new build TV Aerial installations. When the lads are busy, that means I’m being kept busy with paperwork. Which I like!
Gaz has been busy locally a lot recently, from service calls in Oswaldtwistle to TV Wall Mounting in Billington.
Yesterday we helped out the guys at Shaws Amusements in Accrington Town Centre.
A Morning With Hikvision
Even I got in on the action too. On Friday Ben, a rep from Hikvision come into the Clitheroe Security CCTV showroom, to train me up on the systems we have on display. I now know how all the systems work and can physically show you, so bob in and put me to the test. For all those whom don’t know the showroom is at 14 Wellgate, Clitheroe BB7 2DP.
Last But Not Least
The family!!
We’ve been pretty quiet to be fair. The rubbish weather just makes me want to hibernate at home with the heating on. We had a little trip to the Trafford Centre with Arlo and Axll last weekend. They both got a little treat for being ace . And then we had a meal at the chinese there. They have all settled into work, school and nursery really well. We seem to have the routine down to almost perfection now too. . . at last. Arlo got to bring the school bear home for the weekend which he was well impressed with. So I will definitely have to share a pic of him looking as proud as punch.
